Return Policy

At Buxom Couture, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review the details of our return policy below:

Return Process

  1. How to Return:

    • Use the pre-paid return label included in your original shipment package.
    • Complete the return form and include it with the item(s) in your return package.
    • Drop off your return shipment at any USPS location.

  2. Refund Details:

    • A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each return.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the return is received and processed at our warehouse.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
  • Returns showing signs of wear (stains, makeup, deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be initiated within 21 days from the shipment date.

Items NOT Eligible for Refund or Store Credit

  • Intimate Apparel: Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear, and undergarments are final sale.
  • Markdown Items: All markdown or clearance items are final sale.
  • Other Restrictions: Items not meeting the above return conditions will not be refunded.
